Yes, we're in Texas...but apparently we came to Texas during one of the coldest winters on record...with more snow than I ever saw the 18 years I spent here before college. I think we got about 5 or 6 inches of accumulation..I have no idea how many inches of actual snowfall we got in Granbury, but DFW airport got 12 inches...amazing. But we had fun! Here's some pictures from our snow fun...
oh, and to build the snowman, I was able to "roll" the snow into balls - amazing. The first time I've ever been able to do that. I thought it only existed in movies! :) our snowman was modest, but we built it on the first day...when there wasn't nearly the snow that we had on day 2. o-well. enjoy!
